HOW YOUR JOURNEY IS CREATED:
*If you choose one of the existing signature journeys from our collection, there is no separate itinerary design fee: you pay only the final cost of the journey.
Once the final version has been agreed, we proceed with booking, payment and preparation for the journey
We send you the proposed itinerary, which can then be discussed and refined
We develop the programme within five to seven working days. A shorter timeframe may be possible for urgent departures
We discuss the details and define your brief

*The itinerary design fee is deducted from the final cost if you book the journey (your final price will therefore be reduced by €500)
*The fee is non-refundable if you decide not to proceed with the booking

We create many private itineraries tailored to our guests’ preferences, schedules, and budgets. We can adapt any of our existing journeys or design a completely bespoke travel experience just for you.

Throughout your journey, you will be accompanied by one of our trusted local guides. In addition to providing engaging tours, they can assist with translation, currency exchange, restaurant recommendations, and anything else you may need along the way.
You will also have direct access to Alexandra, founder of FIRUZZI, who remains available throughout the trip to provide support and assistance whenever needed.

We can create a journey virtually anywhere in the world. While we have a portfolio of destinations we regularly work with, we are always happy to hear your ideas and tailor a trip around your wishes.
We carefully select restaurants based on both logistics and personal experience, as well as recommendations from our local guides. Dietary preferences and restrictions are always taken into account.
We take care of all transportation arrangements for you. You will have a private, comfortable vehicle and professional driver throughout your journey. Whenever possible, we work with English-speaking drivers; if not, your guide will be there to assist with translation.
Of course. We offer a selection of carefully vetted hotels in each destination, but we are happy to accommodate your preferences and book rooms at your preferred properties whenever possible.
You will need to arrange your own flights or train tickets, depending on the destination and your place of departure. We’ll be happy to advise you and recommend the most convenient options, but we do not book transportation tickets on behalf of our guests.
Depending on the itinerary, you will be greeted on the first day by either your guide or private driver at the airport or hotel.
If a visa is required, we will provide all the information and supporting documents needed for your application, including hotel reservations, itinerary details, and company information. You will then submit the application yourself through the relevant embassy, consulate, visa center, or online system. We also work with trusted visa partners who can assist with the process.
Before your departure, we will send you a detailed travel guide containing everything you need to know: recommended clothing, expected weather conditions, practical advice, destination information, highlights of the itinerary, and any important tour-specific notes.
