Corrida, and also delicious tapas and wine tastings. And in the former capital, Toledo, we take a walk along the ancient walls that still remember the days of the vanished empire.

We have already organized everything, see what awaits you:

Day 1: Explore the heart of Madrid and learn the secrets of the great creators.

Lunch at a historic restaurant in Madrid and meet a group of like-minded people.

Castizo is the heart of the old town, adorned with medieval buildings. We'll walk through it and learn local legends, stories and surprising facts from an individual guide. A guided walking tour of the old town is the best way to get to know and navigate the city at once.

A coffee break in a place the tourists don't know about.

We will end the day with a dinner of traditional Spanish cuisine - tapas. The food can tell you more about a place than all the history books.

Next we will head to the Queen Sofia Arts Centre. Here we will see firsthand one of Pablo Picasso's major works, Guernica. It was commissioned by the Spanish government to commemorate the civil war, and later became one of the major artworks of the 20th century.

Day 2: Passion of all kinds, from flamenco to corrida

The Prado Museum is the most important not only for Spain, but also for the world of art. Here we'll see Francisco Goya's great collection, the Pinturas Negras (the Black Paintings). These works of incredible hyperbole for his time are found nowhere else in the world.

Walk through Retiro Park, a popular destination for Madrid's citizens.

At the Bullfighting Museum in Madrid we will touch on a very controversial legacy of the Spanish Empire. It seems that you can still hear the shrieks of the cheering crowds in the arena and the sand is forever mingled with blood. But despite its barbarism and brutality, corrida was inspired by Francis Bacon, Picasso and other great artists.

After a hearty dinner we are treated to a flamenco! A passionate dance in a darkened hall with only the spotlight on the stage and flamenco dancers' rapid movements cut through the darkness like flames, their passion bursting forth and filling everything around them.

Day 3: Legends of ancient Toledo and a flamenco lesson

Toledo is the former capital of the Spanish Empire, with an ancient fortress and many everyday historical monuments. Together with our guide we will learn how the city breathed and suffocated in the past.

We will have lunch in one of Toledo's old restaurants and taste the local cuisine.

We will have a flamenco lesson with professional dancers. We will experience the dance with our whole body and we will feel the energy of life and animal passion within us.

At the end of the day there will be dinner and talks about the eternal: art and love.

Day 4: Picasso's great work and Spain's best wines

Little is known about the relationship between Pablo Picasso and Coco Chanel to the general public. Nevertheless, there was a strong bond between them, which is the subject of a new temporary exhibition at the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum, where we'll be heading this morning. A guided tour of the museum and exhibition.

Spain's vineyards are world famous. They grow many unique grape varieties that make the local wine so rich. We have to try them personally at the tasting.

We are parting, but we are not saying goodbye, there are many more wonderful adventures ahead of us!

By the way, the "Experiential Tourism" was my dissertation thesis discovery at the Sotheby's Institute of Art, London.
